4. **Custom Orders:** Given the bespoke nature of our buildings, we cannot offer returns or refunds for custom orders. Custom orders include any product that is tailored to the customer's specific requirements, including size, color, and design.

5. **Damage During Delivery:** In the event that your product is damaged during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
